How is my commerce website built?
Our website design and development partners take care of the setup and technical details for you. All you have to worry about is what you will sell!

eComMetrix Shopping Carts are fully customisable with no arbitary templates. You can have a graphic designer design your website and our development partners will create your custom template and install it. In the meantime you’ll be able to get familiar with your shopping cart system and focus on what’s important. Marketing and selling!

How are you different to Shopify?
Our ecommerce platform is made in and hosted in Australia. You will be dealing with a local Australian business and have a personal Australian account manager. Our account managers will take care of a lot of the setup process, train you on how to manage your online shop and be there whenever you need a hand!

While dealing with a boutique Australian company, you won’t be compromising on any amazing features! Our packages are ALL INCLUSIVE! So there are no hidden fees or surprises. What you sign up for is what you get.

Selling

Can I offer International Shipping?
Yes you can. eComMetrix allows you to configure International and local shipping options. GST is automatically removed from overseas exports.
Do you take a percentage of profits?
Nope. There are no transaction fees. Our system processes thousands of dollars worth of transactions daily and there are no added costs.

Hosting

Do I need to arrange website hosting?
eComMetrix is a cloud shopping cart platform. Your hosting is taken care of by our system and you have unlimited secure website hosting in Australia included in your license fee.
Can I use a private domain?
Absolutely! Your website is hosted on your own domain and completely individual and personalised to your company.
